Check-in/out

Check-in takes place after 15:00. In case of early arrival, your luggage can be kept in a specially designed area, until check-in time.

Check-out must be done by 10:00. Upon request, your luggage can be kept in a specially designed area, after you have checked out.

Reservation Policy

In order to make a reservation, it is necessary to deposit 30% of the total amount of accommodation fees via bank deposit (bank details available on request).
Credit cards accepted (VISA - MASTERCARD).

Pets: There are no suitable rooms for pet boarding in the premises.

Cancellation Policy

- Any cancellation, change of dates or change in the number of rooms reserved requires updating via e-mail or phone the soonest possible.
- For cancellations made at least 30 days prior to arrival, there will be no cancellation fee. As a result, your money will be refunded depending on the payment method you have chosen.
- If you cancel your reservation in less than 30 days prior to your arrival or do not arrive at the specified date, the deposit will not be refunded.
- In case of no-show or departure before the scheduled date, there is no refund and the total amount of reservation fees is charged.
